Erin’s Maple Tarts

Erin’s Maple Tarts

Ingredients

  • ½ cup softened butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 24-36 tart shells (homemade or store bought)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Parbake the tart shells for 5 to 7 minutes. Let cool.
    Mix the butter and brown sugar together. Add the eggs and mix well.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until uniform.
    Fill tart shells 2/3 full and bake on the bottom rack of the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until just set.
