Les non-conformit\u00e9s sont class\u00e9es comme mineures, majeures ou critiques. Une non-conformit\u00e9 mineure est une petite variation par rapport aux exigences. Une non-conformit\u00e9 majeure cr\u00e9e une suspicion consid\u00e9rable quant \u00e0 la conformit\u00e9 du produit.
